We are honored that you are considering sharing your journey with us. To ensure Gentle Proof remains a safe and supportive haven for everyone, we ask that you follow these gentle guidelines when submitting your story.
- Privacy & Safety: You are welcome to share your story anonymously or using only your first name to protect your privacy.
- Kind Reflection: Please keep stories kind, non-judgmental, and focused on the personal process of healing.
- Mindful Content: To support a safe environment, specifically avoid graphic details, mentions of specific methods, or descriptions that may be triggering to others.
- Respectful Conduct: We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, or any form of harmful language.
- Ownership: By submitting, you confirm that the story is your own personal experience or that you have received explicit consent to share it.
- Nurturing Clarity: Submissions may be lightly edited for clarity, length, and safety before being shared with the Gentle Proof community.
